The Refund Policy for E-commerce

  • All Sales are refundable for the merchandise purchased on full price.
  • Discounted merchandise does not qualify for refund; However, exchange will be entertained within 7 days after the package has been delivered by the courier.
  • To qualify for Refund/Exchange, the item must be returned within 7 days after the package has been delivered by the courier
  • Invoice or e-receipt needed (or exact date needed to track purchase).
  • Refund/Exchange is only possible on unworn/unused merchandise with all tags attached.
